Joanne started her training in Jersey with Deloitte Haskins and Sells in 1989, on a Graduate training programme. Since then, Joanne has worked with several national and international firms, with a focus of driving in value for family owned businesses, often with a significant real estate involvement.
Over the last decade, Jo and her team have worked on some of the most iconic building developments that have changed the London skyline and structured some really significant sales and acquisitions of family businesses. Lydia started her career in the Middle East where she worked with different family business groups in the areas of Marketing and Business Development and was responsible for expanding the business into different markets. Lydia joined Aqua in 2015 and is responsible to support Aqua in developing and growing its offerings in the Malta office, as well as supporting the compliance function and project management.
