Steve started his career in 1986 in the Financial Services sector. He gained experience as a Trust Supervisor and went on to work at UBS and Klienwort Benson and gained experience as a Client Relationship Manager. He joined Aqua after spending 11 years working with a large Financial Provider with offices in Jersey, UK and Malta. Gained experience working with UHNW clients, corporate and real estate clients. Since joining Aqua he has been promoted to a client facing Associate Director. Steve holds a BSc degree in Trust and Estate Management from the University of Manchester and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors.

Michael Heyes

Michael has joined the Aqua team from the Government of the States of Jersey where he was instrumental in working in the property division. Before joining the States, Michael has worked for some of the larger bank and financial services businesses on island and has significant experience and qualifications. 

Michael’s calm demeanour and love of all things sporty make him a valuable member of the Aqua team.

Jo Luce has over 30 years within the Finance Industry. The last 23 of those as a Principal Person as defined by the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998. She holds a Law degree and was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators. She has qualifications in Taxation and Estate Planning as well as a degree in Psychology.

Jo has previously represented the industry on various Industry Bodies including the Sub-Committee which brought in the Foundations Law and has previously represented the Private Client arena on the board of the Jersey Association of Trust Companies with a focus upon both the Tax Steering Committee and the changes to Trust and Company Law.

Jo Luce has worked with significant UNHW Families over decades whilst running the Private Client and Property Team at two of the largest Financial Providers in Jersey.

Jo Luce also personally supports several local charitable initiatives and acts on the board of a not-for-profit charitable foundation to ensure a little is given back. 

She has also supported Government in Equal Gender initiatives and encourages gender blindness.

Jim Parkhill

Jim joined Aqua in 2021 as a Senior Manager. Jim has significant experience in running a business but decided he wanted a new challenge in a different sector and welcomed the opportunity to relocate to Malta bringing valuable experience and skills to Aqua. He is also currently studying for an ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance

Sarah Mullins

Sarah started her career in one of Ireland's largest family owned logistics and real estate businesses. Sarah took Board responsibility for expanding the business into different markets. Sarah relocated to Jersey in 2013 to work with the Aqua Team. Since then she has utilized her degree in Human Resources Management and her Accountancy qualifications to focus on integrating business that manages both the people and the numbers. Sarah assists the Board to broaden its offering.
