Tracey Oldham

Tracey started her career in a Payroll/HR role. She focused on Payroll as her speciality and after gaining 5 years of experience was employed by one of the largest providers in the UK where she remained for over 11 years and was promoted to a Senior Consultant. Tracey has extensive project management skills and systems knowledge.

After moving to Jersey her focus then changed to finance/bookkeeping and she was employed by States of Jersey for the last 7 years. She started working for Aqua in 2017. Tracey currently supports the team as Secretarial Support, Operations and Accounts.

My children make me proud every single day; whether it is in the small acts of kindness they show to others or in their larger achievements such as acing the CATS or becoming the Junior Islands Champion for high jump. I was drawn to Aqua because of their family values which they have for all their stakeholders, and know that we would be a good fit. I am resilient and I preserve in my tasks and always strive to achieve a positive outcome using a friendly approach.
